The Detroit News reported earlier today (Feb. 2,2015) that Super Bowl XLIX gameday MVP Tom Brady handed the keys of his rightfully won 2015 Chevrolet Colorado to the hero of the game who made the 1 play that guaranteed the Pat’s Super Bowl victory – Pete Carroll, the head coach of the Seattle Seahawks.

We played a great game but if it wasn’t for Coach Pete looking out for us I wouldn’t be the MVP. He is our real MVP and deserves this truck more than I do. Besides my wife makes 42 million a year and I make about 38 million so we can afford buying our own truck. One thing that we can’t buy is the Super Bowl victory which is why I am thankful Pete Carroll bought it for us. His generosity is one of the greatest moments in all sports. I mean, who does that? That is a very special man – TOM BRADY

It’s almost tradition for the Most Valuable Player of the NFL Superbowl to receive some type of car from General Motors. In recent years, Joe Flacco of the Baltimore Ravens was rewarded with a shiny new Corvette for leading the Ravens to a Super Bowl victory in 2013. But this time, Tom Brady always the class act, threw the keys of his 2015 Chevrolet Colorado to the real MVP of the fourth quarter.
